FAQ
1. Some Kickers can be small fitting what size should I go for?
Answer. We recommend taking Kick chi two sizes bigger if your child has been measured on a "START-RITE" gauge. For example if your child is size 13 look at the table above to get a continental size 32 therefore go for a size 34. If your child is measured on a "CLARKS " Gauge then look at the table above and go 1 size bigger. This rule applies to the Kick it and kick chi boots only.
IMPORTANT SOME NEW VERSIONS OF THE KICKER BOOTS FIT DIFFERENTLY - THIS WILL BE HIGHLIGHTED ON THE INFORMATION FOR THAT STYLE SO FOLLOW THE ADVICE GIVEN.
2. What about the baby style "Baby Hi"?
Answer. Baby Hi is the new version of the Kicker boots and has been revamped. It is now quite big fitting so we recommend you take it one size smaller than your child measures - for example if your child measures a size 3 look at the table above to get 19 continental size therefore go for a 18.
3. What are the postage costs?

4. Can you post to BFPO addresses ?
Answer - Yes we can.
5. How long will my goods take to be delivered?
Answer. This is dependant on a number of factors some of which are out of our control ie the speed and efficiency of the mail service. We use the Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery service. This has been known to take as little as 18 hours or as much as 10 days. We will, were circumstances allow, despatch the goods on the day we receive the order and we will email you to let you know your goods have been despatched and we estimate that they will take 1 to 5 working days to arrive. (PS recorded delivery requires a signature we will not despatch to PO box addresses.) International addresses will obviously take longer - refer to the royal mail web site for details.
6. What do I do if I need a shoe/style in a hurry?
Answer. Please call us and we will send the goods by Special delivery which is guaranteed for delivery the next day before 1.00pm. This will incurr an extra charge which we will quote you for at the time of posting. (The last post is at 4.45pm so we would ask you allow yourself plently of time before this in order to get a next day delivery.
7. I need a style or colour which is not shown on your web site?
Answer. Please call us on 02871 382888 we do not list all our styles and colurs online so we may still be able to help you.
8. What do I do if I need to returns an item
Answer: You can return any item purchased on our website within 30 days of your purchase. We will refund you for the price of the goods and not the postage unless the goods are faulty or we have sent them out by mistake in which case the postage costs will be refunded. Post your item back to us at kidskickers.co.uk, 53 Main Street, Strabane, Co. Tyrone, BT82 8AU. For your own protection get a certificate of posting or use a recorded service to verify deleivery. PLEASE WHEN SENDING BACK YOUR GOODS ENSURE YOU ENCLOSE THE DESPATCH NOTE OR A COPY OF IT AND PUT A NOTE ON IT TO GIVE THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.

All packaging and cartons etc(where possible) will be from re- usable sources and paper use will be kept to minimum by re-using paper for copying and faxing. All excess cardboard tins and plastic containers will be recycled using new facilities available from our local council.
